Estate Administration

Losing a loved one is one of the most difficult experiences most of us will ever have to encounter. Our firm is committed to easing the stress which often comes with the administration process.

Our firm will represent the executor and/or trustee in the process of administering a decedent’s estate and/or trust. This can include the probate of a will, marshalling of assets, determination of debts owed by the decedent, collecting life insurance, preparation of Federal and State estate tax returns, post mortem tax planning, distribution of assets, preparation of Release and Refunding Bonds and accountings of both estates and trusts.
